Amcor Ryan Yost has been appointed Division President, Glob- al Flexible Packaging Solutions, and Kate Pearlman as Senior Vice Presi- dent, Investor Relations & Treasury for Amcor. With 25 years of leadership roles at Avery Dennison, Yost most recently served as President of Avery Dennison’s global $6 billion Materials Group. Yost previously held various senior leadership roles spanning commercial, operations, supply chain and material science responsibilities. Meanwhile, Pearlman has more than 20 years of expe- rience in investor relations, global treasury, and risk man- agement leadership at Fortune 200 companies. She joins Amcor from Lowe’s, where she held the role of vice presi- dent, Investor Relations and Treasurer. Avery Dennison Danny Allouche has been appointed President, Materi- als Group, for Avery Dennison Corporation. Allouche has held several leadership roles at Avery Dennison over the past 16 years. Since 2016, he has led the company’s global
strategy and corporate portfolio and development activities, most recently having served as Senior Vice Presi- dent and Chief Strategy and Corpo- rate Development Officer. In this role, he also oversaw all M&A and venture investment activi- ties. Allouche served as interim Chief

Cyngient Mitchell Bookbinder has been named Senior Sales Exec- utive Cyngient LLC, a technology-driven provider of inks, coatings and adhesives for label and packaging converters. Bookbinder brings more than two decades of expe- rience in the label and packaging industry, with a career rooted on the converter side of the business. His back-
ground spans label and shrink sleeve sales, business development, and customer relationship management, providing him with a deep under- standing of converter operations and market demands. Prior to joining Cyngient, Book- binder held senior sales roles at Ino- var Packaging Group and TOPP Digital Label Solutions, and also served as an

account executive at 21st Century Labels & Packaging. Ear- lier in his career, he worked with BBF Integrated Solutions (Better Business Forms), gaining foundational experience in flexographic printing and label production. Throughout his career, he has worked extensively with private equi- ty-backed label organizations, building long-standing rela- tionships across the industry. In his new role, Bookbinder will be responsible for driv- ing sales growth, managing key accounts, and developing new business opportunities across the Southeast and be- yond.
