September’s condo closed sales, at 140, were 79% above last month and 192% higher than last year. There was 1.2 months of inventory for condos in September, reflecting seller’s market conditions. The condo median sold price in September was $943,500, up 4% vs August and a 66% increase from September 2019. The average sold price was $1.20M with an average PSF sales price of $848 (up 27% and 14%, respec- tively, vs August).
