SALE LOCATION: Sale will be held at Kist Livestock Auction, located one mile west of the Memorial Bridge on the east edge of Mandan. For the easiest route, take I-94 to exit 33 or 34 to Memorial Highway. ACCOMMODATIONS: Baymont Inn & Suites, Mandan...............................................701-663-7401 The Ridge Motel, Mandan....................................................(701)-663-8686 TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Cattle will sell under the Standard Terms and Conditions as recommended by the American Angus Association. HEALTH: Interstate health papers will be available on sale day. TRUCKING: Free delivery on bulls up to 500 miles radius with total purchases of $3000 or more. INSURANCE: Will be available to be purchased on sale day and we urge all buyers to insure their bulls. VETERNINARY COSTS: Any veterninary costs incurred after the bulls have been purchased are the responsibility of the buyer.
WINTERING: Wintering arrangements are available on all the bulls. Bulls will be fed free of charge until May 1 after which there will be a charge of $250. We highly recommend that you leave your bulls with us so that they can be fertility tested. SEMEN TESTED: The bulls will be fertility tested and semen evaluated prior to delivery of the bulls. SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION: A supplemental data sheet will be available with scrotal measurements, updated EPDs and final weights.
