FEED PROGRAM Bulls were fed a high roughage ration after weaning while undergoing feed conversion testing. CONDITIONS OF SALE All animals will be sold in accordance with suggested guidelines of the American Simmental Association. Unless other conditions are stated in this book. REGISTRATION AND UPDATED EPDS All cattle will be registered in the American Simmental Association. All EPDS are the most current BOLT at the time of printing conducted by IGS and the American Simmental Association. Please note that EPDs may change from the time the sale catalog is printed until registration papers are transferred. LIVESTOCK INSURANCE Livestock mortality insurance will be available sale day. If bulls are left at the ranch we strongly suggest you insure your purchase. The bulls become your property when they are sold. In order to guarantee bulls valued at $10,000 or more, we ask that you purchase insurance on your investment. If God forbid something happens and the new owner must use the insurance policy we will pay the new owner the cost of their premium at that time. Bridle Bit is happy to assist with questions. New owners can use their own insurance, or Morgan Gleason with A G Insurance. TRUCKING / FEEDING OPTIONS OPTION 1: A $50 discount per bull will be given if taken home the day of the sale. OPTION 2: Free delivery on $10,000 purchase of bull(s) up to 500 miles. OPTION 3: All bulls can be kept free of charge up until April 10, 2026. After that date, We stand behind all of our bulls and want you to be satisfied, so let us know as soon as possible if there are any problems. Scrotal measurements are actual (not adjusted) as reported by Dr. Birdsong at the time of breeding soundness exam, and will be listed on the supplement sheet on sale day. All of our bulls have passed a breeding soundness exam. All bulls are guaranteed breeding sound. RETAINED SEMEN INTEREST The buyer will receive full possession, full salvage value and 100% semen interest on all bulls sold unless otherwise noted or announced from the block. If a bull is collected, Far Out Cattle Ranch, Whitby Canyon Cattle and Bridle Bit Simmentals reserve the opportunity to acquire semen for use within the three herds.
