Our classes are open for a maximum of 10 participants to ensure safety and enjoyment of the experience. Booking Process and Rates: All classes are AED 115 per person. Sound & Breath - complimentary. Due to limited availability, please contact The Pearl Spa and Wellness Reception in advance to reserve your slot – 4 hours Cancellation Policy: If there are no reservations, the class may be cancelled 4 hours prior to the session. Outdoor classes are weather dependent and may be relocated or cancelled. Special Remarks: *Complimentary activities. **Maximum of 4 participants. ***The attire requires to use a swimsuit for the activity. The meeting point will be placed in our indoor swimming pool.

Beach Bootcamp Combines bodyweight training and cardio conditioning, along with the natural elements of the beach to help you shape up and start your day strong. Aqua Fit This fitness activity is a type of water aerobic exercise that works the different muscle groups, enhancing movements done on land, whilst putting a minimal load on the joints. Full Body Circuit A combination of 6 or more versatile exercises of varying difficulty and intensity operating on a timed basis with incorporated short breaks. Benefits include increased strength, muscular endurance, and cardiovascular health. TRX Strong With the support of the TRX Suspension Straps, this class leverages gravity and body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.

Floating Sound Meditation Unwind with Floating Sound Meditation.

Picture yourself floating on water, immersed in a 60-minute group sound-bathing session in our indoor pool, all while soaking in the serene sky views, accompanied by the soothing sound of singing bowls. Private sessions available upon request. Sound and Breath A deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to nurture your mind and body while also focusing on aligning your breath for deep relaxation and overall wellbeing.

Aerial Yoga Aerial yoga is a great way to connect with your body and mind. It combines traditional yoga with the use of a special hanging silk hammock. The hammock supports your weight, allowing you to move more freely and deeply into yoga poses. This can be very relaxing and meditative, as it allows you to let go of tension and gravity. It helps to improve your strength, flexibility, and balance. Let’s challenge yourself to connect your body and mind with air element.

It is an ancient practice that involves physical poses, concentration, and deep breathing. Mat Pilates Mat Pilates is performed laying on a mat utilizing body weight to specifically strengthen the core, arms, and legs.
