ITTSBURGH, PA — Cushman & Wake- field | Grant Street Associates, Inc. announced the promotions of KimBatch- elor, John Jackson and Sam McGill to the role and title of senior vice president. Batchelor joined the com- mercial real estate services firm in 2011 as a brokerage and leasing manager respon- sible for representing both landlords and tenants. A re- peat recipient of the CoStar Group’s Power Broker Award, Batchelor now oversees a portfolio of office and flex P
mixed-use developments with- in the urban core. McGill joined Cushman & Wakefield Grant Street As- sociates as a brokerage and leasing manager with primary responsibilities for corporate occupier and tenant advi- sory services. McGill’s focus is both local and global in scope and encompasses all facets of corporate real estate, includ- ing tenant representation, financial analysis, business incentives, built-to-suit, cor- porate dispositions, corporate advisory and developing real estate strategy. Additionally, the firm wel- comes Scott Parry as a vice president of brokerage and leasing. Parry brings more than six years of brokerage experience to the team, work- ing with numerous Fortune 500 clients, including FedEx Ground and Wesco. Parry helped to facilitate the devel- opment of over 3.0 million s/f of industrial warehouse space in 28 U.S. states and four Canadian province, as well as, successfully negotiated transactions in excess of $100 million while achieving a cost savings of over $15 million for his clients. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield | Grant Street As- sociates, Parry was a tenant representative for Fischer & Company, specializing in site selection, build-to-suit, and sale-leaseback transactions.
