I’m proud to say that the work we have completed this past year will have an incredibly positive impact on the future of the All County Paving business. Ken, Jeff and I decided that it was important to spend this year improving the processes and foundation of our business. Although it posed some challenges and times of discomfort, I truly believe that this was the ideal time to focus on the internal structure of the business to prepare for a future of significant growth. One area of focus we have had this year, was to build an incredibly strong team. All of you are here because we believe you are a great contribution to our business today and in the future. We have approximately 35 new employees this year and are building what we consider the Dream Team! The second area of focus has been on operational excellence. We have been actively working to create better processes and implement systems to support our growing business. We are excited about the introduction of Bid2Win, SalesForce and new process and departments, such as the Estimating Department. These new programs, in conjunction with the new equipment we have purchased should set us up for an efficient and profitable year in 2019. The last, but certainly not least area of focus we have had this year has been on culture and the development of our leaders and team members. The implementation of the Entrepreneurs Operating System (EOS) has already shown positive shifts for our team. The goal of this program is to provide the structure, support and resources needed for every member of the All County Team to thrive. We plan to role this program out to the entire team on January 12, 2019 and are looking forward to the positive impact it will have on the business. We have also been focused on getting back to our roots of team building, training and professional development. We are committed to having an environment that allows our employees to thrive, which will ultimately have a positive impact on our customers and community.

Employee of the Month December 2018
Jorge Garcia was one of the original teammembers at All County Paving. He was on the original crew where he learned to do all parts of the job including sealcoating , paving, patching, etc. He was excellent at what he did and was known for always being helpful and asking what was needed. He was a very dedicated employee who took pride in the work he did. He was also known to be "the kind of friend and person you like having around." Jorge had 4 children that he proudly raised and loved his family. He is survived by his children, Jorge L. Garcia Jr., Luis Garcia, Antonio Garcia and Denise G. Garcia.
We were thankful to know Jorge and to have him on Team ACP for over 10 years. He will be deeply missed.
