Education Essential • Relevant Sales, Marketing or Business Studies within the built environment • Professional membership and/or professional experience and technical background • Up to date knowledge of statutory regulations and best practice in relation to Sales & Marketing management of estates and property Desirable • Educated to a degree in a relevant professional discipline or demonstrable experience of equivalent CPD. Experience Essential • Demonstrable Sales & Marketing experience within a residential and/or commercial context • Demonstrable experience of working within a complex stakeholder environment • Demonstrable experience of Lease negotiation and preparation • Proven experience of engagement with tenants, landlords, public bodies and communities Desirable • Demonstrable Sales & Marketing experience following mobilisation and transition of construction projects at handover stage. Knowledge Essential • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory issues relating to the leasing of Residential and Commercial property and the associated leasing contracts.
