The Purpose of the role: The Investment Property Office is responsible for the development and operation of a mixed portfolio of property assets with the aim of delivering material financial benefit to the College and its Endowment. The portfolio includes: Endowment Property, Commercial Lettings (e.g. I-HUB), postgraduate student accommodation (GradPad), Key Worker Accommodation (Imperial Living) and Build To Rent assets. The Operations Sales, Marketing & Brand Development Manager is a key support in the operational management of a mixed portfolio of property assets, ensuring the standards of operation meet the requirements of the Investment Property portfolio (residential, PBSA, commercial lettings). The postholder will hold a specialist knowledge in Sales and Marketing of property management, contributing to the overall expertise of the team which will be responsible for a broad group of properties with varying operational and commercial requirements. This role is responsible for supporting the management of multiple externally provided services and should appropriately specify, procure, review and manage external service providers.
