Financial Management (15%) • To assist in preparing the Operations budget and to comply in the use and support of associated financial systems, ensuring appropriate robust control and monitoring and that all financial transactions within the Operations comply with College financial regulations. • Responsible for the position of Sales within the operational portfolio budget and reporting on the status at the relevant Board meeting or as required Other Duties (10%) • Liaise with local authorities where necessary • To regularly undertake reviews of the London property market and benchmark performance • To undertake any necessary training and/or development. • Any other duties that can be reasonably be requested • Observe and comply with all College policies and regulations, including the key policies and procedures on Confidentiality, Conflict of Interest, Business Continuity, Data Protection, Equal Opportunities, Ethics related, External Interests, Financial Regulations, Health and Safety, Information Technology and Smoking.
