“The strength inmy leg has improved tremendously and I can nowplay sports and compete again.” PATIENT SUCCESS STORY
“My experience here was very good and I am glad that we chose this place. Chris pushed me to do better every time I came and I am very grateful for that. When I first gothere, Icouldn’t ran, squat, jump, etc. With the help of the staff here, I can do all of that just as well as before. The strength in my leg has improved tremendously and I can now play sports and compete again. None of this would be as quick and easy without Chris and this amazing facility!”

2018 isgoingby inaflash, justaseachconsecutiveyear seems to go as we are adults! It has been very busy thus far for my wife Anna and I as well as our 2 sons. First off, the boys are now coming to an age where they are getting involved in their own sports and activities. Cael, our 5 year old, began soccer in earnest in the spring and while a little hesitant at first, he loved it by the end of the season. He will be playing again in the fall and hopefully picking up lacrosse as well for the first time. Nikolas (Niko), our 3 year old, was hard to keep from running onto his brother’s field in the spring, so it looks like it may be time for micro soccer for him this fall as well. This all means I will probably take a step back from my men’s over-30 competitive travel soccer team in NJ this coming season, possibly finding something closer to home, to now spend more time focusing on helping our boys find their love of sport, building character and making friends. The busy-ness of 2018 does not stop there! Cael will be beginning kindergarten in the fall, officially starting “big
boy school”. His is a bright, inquisitive kid that I have no doubt will do great! His little brother is the same way and following in his footsteps in pre-school. This all comes as our family just recently became second time home owners (previously in AZ) here in NJ, having a place to call our own! With the year half over, there is still plenty of things to come and do for us. I have several courses planned to help me become a better PT, but I am also looking forward to getting more involved with the local hockey and soccer communities in both PT aspect as well as a way of renewing some previous roots of mine. My family and I plan to enjoy several trips to the beach/ out of state to see family a friends, going to see some Penn State Football games, cheering on the Penguins in hockey/Liverpool in soccer and generally enjoying a place to now call home to settle into (hoping to knock some of the house to do list down as well!) and continue to grow. Here is to a continued great 2018 all around!
