Harold Simmons Park will play a vital role in the social, economic, and physical well-being of Dallas and its residents. In 2024, under the stewardship of the Local Government Corporation, Harold Simmons Park made significant strides in bringing this project to fruition.

The Trinity Park Conservancy wishes to thank Pastor Vincent Parker, the chair of the Local Government Corporation, for his dedicated leadership over the past five years. In 2025, Pastor Parker will step down as chair, but we are grateful that he will remain on the LGC board; continuing to help this project as we move in the construction phase.
