CONSERVANCY COMMUNITYDEVELOPMENT CORPORATION (CCDC)
The purpose of the CCDC is to assist the Trinity Park Conservancy in achieving its goal of building a better city through the creation of Harold Simmons Park. This initiative aims to leverage the park's economic impact to create pathways to opportunity for all residents.
The CCDC is currently exploring activities that will support healthy neighborhoods, assist long-time residents and businesses, and foster good local jobs, affordable housing, mobility, and access to nature near Harold Simmons Park.
Community Development Funders Since the founding of the Community Development Corporation (a separate, but supporting non-profit), more than 20 donors have helped fund neighborhood preservation and planning, workforce development, the re-imagining of 106 W. Commerce, and mission-aligned community investment adjacent to the park site. Thank you!
