• Work with Asset manager and Life Safety Consultant to identify and manage more complexfire safety issuese.gexternal wall, compartmentation, fire door issues, and to progress andoversee remedial works. Attend H&S related site meetings (e.gmeeting with fire authority)and oversee resident communications, risk assessment updates, additional site safetymeasures and update stakeholders whererelevant. • Identify suitable health and safety related consultants, risk assessors, surveyors, etc toprovide such services to thebusiness. • Work with site and ops staff to implement resident engagement strategies that will provideopportunities for residents to get more involved (part of Building Safety Bill) • Ensure all sites provide vital safety information to residents and the golden thread ofinformation is adequately maintained. Company Level Compliance • Review and update compliance policies, procedures and workflows in line with regulatory and legislative updates. • Stay informed on health safety best practice guidance, updates and legislative changes and work with HR to arrange relevant H&S training sessions for site-based staff. • Ensure site-based staff have had adequate H&S training and are competent to complete work assigned and continually improve standards of H&S within business. • Stay informed on leasing legislative changes and updates and update internal procedures and workflows in relation to this or liaise with relevant department to ensure company is prepared and compliance with such legislation (i.e. Building Safety Bill)
• Provide update presentations for site-based staff as well as periodic circulars/H&S toolbox talks • Work with tech teams to ensure systems meet the assets compliance needs in line with legislative changes. • Implement, monitor and review policies and procedures relating to contractor H&S conduct on site and work with Procurement to update Contractor due diligence requirements in relation to this. • Ensure H&S requirements in relation to ESG principles are progressed and attend relevant committee meetings. Some of the above duties relate specifically to the anticipated Building Safety Bill. We expect there to be a new standard or specification developed by BSI which Building Safety Managers will need to meet and we would hope to invest in and train the Compliance Manager to meet these requirements where there is a gap in skills or knowledge. The Role ROLE PURPOSE:

staffcomplete actions within requiredtime frame. • Oversee instruction and completion of statutory PPM for each asset and ensure site staffare undertake remedial works for failed servicereports. • Audit, monitor performance and report on building performance data and compliancematters for monthly asset meeting and monthly compliance meetings with AssetManager. • Conduct periodic site inspections to ensure buildings remain compliant in terms of healthand safety requirements and are in line with reporting from sitestaff. • Undertake monthly meetings with site staff to review compliance stats and risk assessmentsactions (where outstanding) to ensure these are instructed and progressed in a timelymanner and provide advice and guidance whererequired.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Site Mobilisation • Identify and set up statutory PPM and compliance related tasks onFixfloandMobohubbfornew sites. • Identify and assist with setting up any health and safety installations on site. • Attend new site familiarisation training in relation to statutory PPM M&E and ensure allcompliance related information (Reg38) is handed over at PC and relevant certificatesobtained from future Building Safety Regulator. • Provide compliance oversight training for new site staff to ensure they are aware of thespecific needs to their site. Site Level Compliance • Oversee instruction of relevant risk assessments for each asset and ensure site
