LOST & FOUND
You will stay calm and continue to communicate. • You will position yourself in a safe location until the internal fire brigade arrives. • If instructions over the loudspeaker inform you to evacuate a given area, you will escort guests and other Hosts to the Assembly Point.
The resort is not responsible for items lost or stolen from a Hosts. If lost or misplaced property is found by you or handed to you by a Host or guest. You will follow the guidelines for lost and found set by the Resort. You shall be mindful of security, safety and legal implications that could arise from the handling of lost property. Any item you find will be handed to the designated Hosts immediately for the purpose of locating and returning the item to the rightful owner. The designated Hosts will report and hand over the item directly to the Loss Prevention Department. If the items are unlawful, e.g. small arms, ammunition or illegal weapons you should report it to your immediate Manager and call the Loss Prevention hotline. Do not remove it from the original place. Stay and guard the place till the Loss Prevention Team arrives to the scene. As a general rule any item you find in within your working area will be handed over to your immediate superior and any item you find in within in check out rooms and public areas will be reported and handed over to the Executive Housekeeper. If your immediate superior or the Executive Housekeeper is not available, you shall report and hand over the item directly to the Loss Prevention Team.
SUSPICIOUS PACKAGES OR PEOPLE
Should you notice a suspicious person or package, you shall report it immediately to the Loss Prevention Manager Loss Prevention Officer, any immediate superiors or the Human Resources Manager/Director. You shall not remove any package or parcel yourself.
VISITORS
Only guests and authorized visitors are permitted at St. Regis Maldives Vommuli Resort. Any Host that notices an unauthorized visitor should notify their superior immediately.
MEDICAL
If you suffer from any disorder, and taking medication or have any allergies that may affect your job performance, you will notify the immediate superior, as this is vital with regard to your health and safety in the workplace.
