PROGRESSIVE DISCIPLINARY PROCEDURES (PDP)
The purpose of Progressive Disciplinary Procedure is to communicate to hosts the appropriate and expected standards of conduct and behavior at the workplace, and to address and correct any hosts not following the standards. Disciplinary practices are therefore a course of actions set to any deviation from set standards and procedures.
