APPEAL SYSTEM At each and every stage of the foregoing disciplinary procedure, I am entitled to the right of appeal against any proposed disciplinary action and specified time limits. Whilst the appeal is under progression, I may, depending on the circumstances:

Appeals against Dismissal Should I wish to appeal against my dismissal I should register in writing a formal notice of appeal to the General Manager within seven (7) days of being informed of my dismissal. Appeals will be heard during the notice of dismissal unless the dismissal was without notice or payment of wages in lieu of notice was made The General Manager will conduct the Appeal Hearing. Where new evidence arises during the Appeal, the Hosts will have a chance to comment before any decision is made. The General Manager will be authorised to reinstate the Hosts and/or in appropriate circumstances where an appeal against dismissal is upheld but it is found that there was some degree of breach of conduct or substandard performance on the part of the Hosts substitute some other form of disciplinary action, e g Final Written Warning, Demotion or Transfer. I will be reinstated only if the appeal is upheld. Reinstatement following a successful appeal will result in earning, accrued benefits and continuity of employment being restored from the date of termination.

(a) Be suspended with pay. (b) Continue to work

All appeals should be heard as soon as is practicable and in any case within no more than ten (10) working days from the date of the disciplinary action Appeals against Warnings Should I wish to appeal against a disciplinary warning I may register in writing a formal notice of appeal to the Human Resources Manager/Director within forty two (42) hours.

Appeals will be conducted in accordance with the Grievance Procedure.
