ATTENDANCE SHEET RECORDING
Unavoidable absences or special circumstances that do not have prior written approval are eligible for deductions from paid Leave of Absences at the discretion of the Human Resources Director and/or General Manager based on circumstances of the absence.
All hosts are required to sign in an attendance sheet. This may be a manual or electronic system. Since time sheets are the basis for the record of attendance and computation of salary, it is your responsibility to ensure that the time reported on the time sheet is accurate. Signing on the time sheet for anyone other than yourself, signing in at an incorrect time is a serious violation of the time sheet rules and will result in serious disciplinary action. Overtime will be permitted only by the immediate superior’s approval. Habitual lateness or irregular attendance may render a Host liable to disciplinary action and/or appropriate deductions from salaries.
PERSONAL RECORDS
You are required to submit your updated personal information to the HR Department. It enables the Resort to assist you with any necessary emergency contact. Matters including: • Change/ renewal of Passport • Change of name • Address • Telephone number • Next of KIN contact details • Completion of new training and educational certificate • Bank Account Details • Medical Status • Updated Resume
ABSENTEEISM
If Host is absent without prior notice or valid documentation it will be considered as absent with disciplinary actions. It cannot be treated as any other sort of leave. If Host is absent without notice for consecutive 3 days hotel will assume the voluntary termination as gross misconduct
