JOB DESCRIPTION
HOST CLASSIFICATION It is the intent of the Company to clarify the definitions of employment classifications/levels so that Host understand their employment status and benefit eligibility. These classifications/ levels do not guarantee employment for any specified period of time. Each Host is assigned one of the following categories:
The Job Description identifies the requirements of the position to which the Host have been appointed. However, Host should remember that job descriptions do not necessarily cover every task or duty that might be assigned, and thus additional responsibilities may be assigned as necessary. Therefore, Resort reserves the right to make amendments to the job description if deemed necessary in relation to changing Company policies and/or needs and the Host own ability. Host are provided with a Job Description within one week of commencement of employment by the immediate supervisor or HOD. If you do not receive this job description from your immediate superior within one week of commencing employment, you should inform the Human Resources office.
