JOB FLEXIBILITY
All vacancies may to be filled by internal or external applicants, where deem fit. Host’s need to notify immediate Manager and Human Resources Department before applying for vacant positions. All applicants will have to undergo an interview process and full fill all eligibility criteria. We support and encourage each host to realize his or her full potential, however the time in positon must be observed. Successfully completion of six (6) months for (Non banded), Twelve (12) months for (Red & Blue band), Eighteen (18) months for (Purple Band), Twenty Four (24) months for (Yellow Band), in present job and have been confirmed in employment.
All Hosts should be prepared to be, whenever applicable, transferred to alternative departments or duties within the Resort/Operations. This flexibility allows the Company/Resort to operate efficiently. It is also much more interesting for you and more valuable to your career advancement to be able to master several skills.
