TRANSPORTATION
UNIFORM
The Resort will provide and arrange for transportation, including Sea Plane and/or speed boat transfers, from Resort to Male/ neighboring islands, where applicable. All Sea plane and boat transfers should be requested 2 days in advance. Resort shall provide free transfers to all Hosts for following circumstances, New-Hire, Business Leave, Sick leave, Annual Leave, Emergency Leave, R&R Leave and Repatriation. For any other reason other than those mentioned above, Hosts shall use Resort transfers provided that transfers are charged at cost as applied by the provider and the transfer cost shall be deducted from Host salary. Transfer will be booked on the first-come-first-serve rule. The Host has to have an approved leave in Fusion and has to tick on the travel request. Hosts who miss the arranged transfer without a valid reason, will be responsible for their accommodation. Travel requests should be done for a non-working day where the host is on a specified type of leave. Hosts cannot be travelling on a working day.
You shall at all times present a professional image to our guests. Therefore, you will be provided with a Company Uniform for which you will be asked to sign to confirm receipt when the uniform is issued to you.
MEDICAL CARE AND FACILITIES
Medical care for all Hosts is provided and managed by the Resort Doctor and under Resort policies and procedures. Medical facilities and the service of the Resort Doctor are available at the Resort on complimentary basis.
RESORT MEDICAL INSURANCE SCHEME
You are entitled to be covered by the Resort’s Medical Insurance Scheme as per policy. You are required to go through the Insurance Scheme and shall get familiar with its terms & conditions. You will be enrolled in Medical Insurance upon commencement of employment and continue to be covered by the resort until the last working day.
