COMMUNICATIONS
The Host must understand, in no way should this Host Handbook be considered as the only source of information regarding practices in the resort. Understanding that your own interest and effort is an essential part of good communication. It is especially important to keep each other informed in the busy environment of the resort. The resort has designed ways to ensure the Host is always well informed. • Written communication: These are either personally addressed memorandums or posted as a general communication on Bulletin Boards. The Bulletin Boards are maintained for your information. The Host will check them frequently to keep informed of the items that relate are related to their job and working environment. • Verbal communication: These are as announced in Hosts meetings. General Host’s meetings held as and when required, provide an informal means of exchanging information with the immediate superior and co-Hosts.
