PERFORMANCE DISCUSSION
The resort’s performance management scheme is an opportunity and a useful vehicle for the immediate superior and you to exchange ideas about your department and communicate on issues of your employment and what progress you am making in the job. A formal performance discussion will take place twice per annum and you will be evaluated on standards of efficiency and objectives expressed in your Performance Evaluation Form. During the discussion you will have the opportunity to set objectives with the immediate superior which may be used as a basis for evaluation in your next performance discussion. Your evaluations become part of your personnel file and are used for future employment decisions such as transfers, promotions, demotions, and discipline. You are free to discuss any problem with the immediate superior on a daily basis, as well as during performance discussions. Should this process does not take place in a timely manner, you are encouraged to involve Human Resources for further actions.
