ENTERPRISE IDENTIFICATION (EID)
Enterprise Identification (EID) and passwords is a unique identification that is provided to you by Marriott for you to access the Marriott Information and Systems. This will be provided by Human Resources Department upon your joining date.
You are prohibited to share your password to anyone.
EID passwords are set to expire every 90 days to protect Marriott information and systems. Users will receive reminders to change their passwords prior to expiration when using Marriott email. And they will receive an Enterprise Directory Service (EDS) reminder pop-up when accessing Marriott systems and applications through their Internet browsers. Failing to change password or logging in within 90 days, you will incur a charge of USD 12.05, and this will be charged to your salary.
