PROTECTION OF PRIVACY

CONFLICT OF INTEREST

CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION AND TRADE SECRETS

All Host have a right to feel that the workplace is a safe place for them to work in, and to this end, it is the responsibility of every Host to ensure that they conduct themselves in such a way that does not defame, cause shame, or threaten any in any way.

Host must avoid all situations in which their personal interest, the actions they take and the decisions they make in their sphere of responsibility, directly or indirectly, conflict or may be perceived to conflict with their duties to the Company. Host are prohibited from: - Appropriating for their personal benefit, any opportunities that are discovered through the use of company property or information or their position with the company. - Using company property of information or their position with the company for personal gain, engaging in any business, commercial or financial interests or activities that might reasonably be regarded as competing with or is complementary to the company, its business or its activities. - Hosts must not gain improper financial benefit as a result of their employment with the company, or by use or misuse of confidential information of the company. Should a relative or someone in a close personal relationship with a Host gain improper financial benefit from the Host’s employment or confidential information, the Host must report this benefit. Improper financial benefits my subject to severe disciplinary action which may lead to termination.

It is an express and fundamental term of your employment agreement that confidentiality of all information in respect of the business affairs of the Resort, owners and its various subsidiaries, including the guests, guests and persons visiting the Resort be maintained absolutely at all times. During the course of your employment, you will be exposed to sensitive information relating to the Resort’s business affairs and also relating to the affairs of those persons dealing with the Resort. It is of paramount importance to the Resort that the persons dealing with the Resort have confidence that all information provided to the Resort, whether of a business nature or personal nature or whatsoever, be maintained in the strictest confidence at all times. Any breach of this provision will inevitably result in automatic dismissal without notice. The Host must take note that the requirement in respect of maintaining confidentiality applies not only to information that comes into their knowledge in the course of their employment, but also as a result of them having access to the Resort premises and surroundings.

FAIR DEALING AND TRADE PRACTICES

The company’s business activities must be conducted in a fair and ethical manner and in accordance with the letter and spirit of all applicable laws, rules and regulations in the various jurisdictions in which the company conduct business, including any applicable competition and trade practice laws and regulations. Each Host must deal fairly with the company’s guests, Hosts, customers, suppliers and competitors. No one should take unfair advantage through manipulation, concealment, abuse of privileged information, misrepresentation or omission of material facts or any other unfair trade.
