SOLICITATION

The restrictions in this clause do not apply to: • any disclosure authorized by the Company or required by any court or tribunal or other authorized regulatory authority; or • any information which the Host establishes has in its entirety become public knowledge otherwise than through any unauthorized disclosure or other breach on his part of this clause or of any equivalent provision The Host agrees that personal data relating to him/ her and to his/her employment with the Company required for the effective administration of the Company may be collected, held (in hard copy and computer readable form) and processed by the Company. The Host agrees that the Company may process sensitive personal data relating to him/her including medical details and details of gender, race and ethnic origin The personal data relating to gender, race and ethnic origin will be processed by the Company only for the purpose of monitoring the Company’s equal opportunity policy and for ensuring that equal opportunities in employment are promoted and maintained.

Hosts are eligible to participate in legal gambling (sport pools, lotteries, raffles) if licensed by the government and only when they are outside the Resort. The Resort strictly prohibits bookmaking by Hosts The Host Management Committee can organize events or games of skill or chance, e g lucky draws or raffles only when money (cash or credit) is not involved. These events or games of skill or chance must be approved by the General Manager.

The resort feels very strongly that working time is for work and private time is not to be disturbed. Therefore, solicitation or distribution of literature is prohibited in all Hosts’ areas of the resort. This is for your protection and to avoid any disruption in work or personal day. Additionally, you shall understand that the solicitation of guests, at any time for any purpose, is completely inappropriate Persons not employed by the Resort cannot solicit or distribute, for any purpose, anywhere or at any time, on the Resort property without written authorization of the Human Resources Manager/ Director. The Host must understand that violation of any part of this policy will be subject to appropriate disciplinary action.
