VAISSELLE JETABLE EN BOIS / FIBRE FRAÎCHE
Pour la production d’assiettes et de bols en papier, on utilise de la fibre fraîche pure à 100 % à partir de bois d’épicéa. Ces fibres sont biodégradables, compostables et peuvent être utilisées en contact direct avec des aliments secs, humides et gras, même sans revêtement supplémentaire.
Laissez-vous convaincre par la qualité de ces assiettes et plateaux en carton :

VAISSELLE JETABLE EN CANNE À SUCRE
La canne à sucre est une matière première végétale qui peut repousser jusqu’à trois fois par an. La vaisselle jetable et les emballages alimentaires en canne à sucre sont fabriqués à partir des restes de la canne à sucre. Après le pressage du jus de sucre, des résidus végétaux fibreux subsistent. C’est à partir de ces fibres, aussi appelées bagasse, que sont fabriqués la vaisselle jetable et les emballages. Ces fibres sont très robustes, à 100% biodégradables et compostables (industriels selon la norme EN13432). Ils peuvent supporter des aliments chaud jusqu’à 100°C et sont micro-ondables (max. 5 minutes à 100°C).

VAISSELLE JETABLE EN PLA / CPLA
Le PLA est la forme abrégée du polylacti de (acide polylactique) et fait partie des bioplastiques. Fabriqué à partir de matières premières naturellement renouvelables, le PLA est biodégradable. Pour sa production, l‘amidon provenant de cultures légumières comme le maïs ou la betterave est utilisé pour ensuite être transformé en granulés plastiques et au final en plastique. Les produits en plastique (PLA) se distinguent par leur aspect transparent et leur grande résistance. Ils conviennent pour les gobelets ou les récipients pour aliments froids car ils ne résistent pas à la chaleur. Après utilisation, cependant, les produits en PLA peuvent être compostés, fermentés ou recyclés industriellement. Le polylactide cristallin (C-PLA) est souvent utilisé dans la fabrication de couverts jetables. Bien que ce matériau ne soit pas transparent, il est très résistant, n’altère pas le goût des aliments et supporte la chaleur jusqu’à 85°C. Après utilisation, les produits en PLA ou C-PLA peuvent être compostés ou recyclés.
