The company has a global footprint and currently operates FPSOs in Brazil, Nigeria, Ghana, Angola, and Malaysia. To further expand its diverse and growing talent pool, the company intends to provide study bursaries for qualifying Namibian high school graduates. Successful candidates will be enrolled in a three-year cadet program, leading to an internationally recognised Navigation, Engineering, or Electro-Technical Officer of the Watch (STCW) qualification. All applicants must: Be a Namibian citizen and have a valid passport Be able-bodied and medically fit to work at sea, with 6/6 eyesight Have recently completed Grade 12 or equivalent, with a minimum 50% pass in mathematics and physical sciences Be willing and able to study in South Africa (2026) and work on seagoing vessels and offshore facilities Have a good command of the English language Seatrain, in close cooperation with Yinson Production, will co- facilitate a r igorous recruitment and selection process to identify top talent for the cadet program.
