Fleet and Family Readiness (FFR) in Hampton Roads is dedicated to providing a full range of quality programs and services that enhance the lives of Sailors and families in support of mission readiness and retention. FFR enables a ready Navy force through quality of life programs and encompasses three program areas: Fleet Readiness (Morale, Welfare & Recreation, Child & Youth Programs and Food Service Galleys), Family Readiness (Fleet & Family Support Centers) and Housing Services & Lodging (Bachelor & Family and Navy Gateway Inns and Suites). It also includes the Navy Wounded Warrior Program.
