I was introduced to the Memory Ranch bulls through our Ranchers for Trump rallies and fundraisers at Nevada Livestock Marketing. The Pearce family generously donated bulls to both Trump campaigns in addition to state campaigns. I have been extremely impressed with how those bulls wintered out and stayed in good flesh. We run on 1.2 million acres and honestly don't run many angus bulls because they can't hold up to the harsh conditions. Bull #14, a moderate sized Red Angus bull, is my favorite because I hardly ever see him. I was worried he may have died in 2023 because it was a really tough winter with deep snow and cold temperatures. I was pleasantly surprised to find him the next June when we were gathering in the high country to brand. The other bulls have also performed well. I am a big fan of Memory Ranches for several reasons but most importantly their principles, politics, and their gritty cattle. There's only one reason to buy a bull and that's to get your cows bred.
