TERMS AND CONDITIONS Any changes to this catalog will be announced from the auction block on sale day, and such announcements will take precedence. GUARANTEE – We guarantee all bulls until the end of the first breeding season. Any claim must be made in a timely manner. Your claim will potentially result in a suitable replacement bull. If one is not available, you will receive a credit in our next sale. Any salvage value belongs to Memory Ranches. This guarantee does not cover malnutrition. BULL DELIVERY – We will provide free transportation of purchased bulls within 500 miles of our ranch at the buyer’s request. We will work with customers on deliveries exceeding 500 miles. VOLUME DISCOUNT – 5% off with the purchase of 5 or more bulls. 10% off with the purchase of 10 or more bulls. Must all be purchased by one ranch. HERD HEALTH – Bulls have received a breeding soundness exam and have been Trich tested with a negative result. Bulls are up to date on vaccines and worming. Bulls will be accompanied with the necessary paperwork to cross state lines. PAYMENT – Terms of the sale are cash or check. Bulls will not be released until after payment is made. Online buyers will be contacted after the sale for payment instructions. $100 discount per bull for buyers who pick up their bulls by November 8. LIABILITY – All persons who attend the sale do so at their own risk. Neither Memory Ranches nor any other person connected to the sale assumes liability for accidents or loss of property.
