Time for you to Shine: What about Bob? Facts: Bob, a tribal member, is employed as the Pit Boss. He is regularly late for work, calls out sick often, is constantly complaining about his low wages, and has poor performance reviews. Recently, he attended a Tribal Council meeting and complained about the low wages tribal members are paid compared to non-tribal members. On his way home, he was stopped, arrested and held on felony DUI and drug charges for possession of marijuana. At the time of the incident, he was riding in the car with his girlfriend, who is the known drug dealer. Because he could not post bond, he missed several days of work, did not call in and he was terminated.
