• An individual who shares our values • Demonstrable relevant experience as an Mechanical & ElectricalProject Engineer working on a portfolio of building, infrastructure, or construction projects • Demonstrable knowledge and experience of commonplace electrical engineering infrastructure and systems • A recognised engineering qualification at degree level, HNC or equivalent, or a recognised apprenticeship. • Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues • An understanding of the Building Regulations, CDM, construction standards, EWR, COSHH, manual handling and quality assurance. • Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to liaise with internal NT stakeholders, external consultants, and contractors • Ability to work flexibly across many concurrent projects and respond to changing priorities. • Relevant experience and understanding of statutory health and safety requirements and compliance with these • Strong multi-skilled technical skills, with an electrical bias. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and able to establish logical practical solutions. • Ability to work in confined/enclosed spaces. • Ability to work at height from various platforms including vertical powered platforms and scaffold towers. • An understanding of legislation including: COSHH Training Current IEE wiring regulations (18th Edition) Health and Safety legislation.
