Estates Capital Projects plans, develops and delivers construction and infrastructure projects across the National Theatre estate. The NT Estate includes the iconic Grade 2* listed National Theatre building, the NT Studio and the newly opened NT Green Store. Our purpose is to deliver the construction and infrastructure projects which support the company, its operation, our creative work and our audiences by ensuring the estate is fit for purpose, meets the needs of the company and is safe. The scope of the projects can vary in complexity, duration and cost, and we aim to deliver all our projects with minimal impact on our operations. This is an exciting time for the Estates Capital Projects team as it expands to deliver an increased portfolio of projects. Estates Capital Projects is part of the Estates team which also comprises Safety, Facilities, Support Services, Security and Design and Environmental Sustainability.
