Arroz con leche
Ingredients 1 cup rice, rinsed 1½ cups water ½ teaspoon star anise 2½ cups whole milk ¼ cup condensed milk (optional) Zest from ½ orange Zest from 1 lime 2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons vanilla extract 2-inch cinnamon stick 2 tablespoons sherry or advocaat (optional) GARNISHES: Raisins

Instructions
1 Place the rice, water, and star anise in the Royal Prestige ® Deluxe Easy Release 3 QT Saucepan. Cook over medium- low heat for 12 minutes with the cover on and the Whistle Knob open. 2 Remove the pan from heat and empty the rice into a bowl. Set aside. 3 In the same pan, add the remaining ingredients and cook over medium-low heat for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until well combined. 4 Add the rice and cook for 2 more minutes. Turn off the heat and adjust the seasoning. 5 Serve cold or hot with raisins. Garnish with some cinnamon sticks.
