Best Buy Boiler Brand in the UK for the eleventh year running this year for its gas boiler range, following rave reviews from homeowners across the UK. With further cause for celebration, it was also the only brand to scoop a Which? Best Buy endorsement for its oil boiler range. The annual Which? report released in September revealed that Worcester Bosch are the most trusted boiler brand for homeowners in terms of reliability, with survey respondents also holding the brand’s customer service in high esteem. One particular highlight fromWhich? was that the brand performs so consistently well in their annual reliability surveys that the Worcester Bosch name is synonymous with dependability. High praise indeed! The report saw the manufacturer perform remarkably across a range of categories, with a strong brand score for both its gas and oil boiler ranges made up of a combination of reliability, customer score and engineers’ views. Impressive ratings in both reliability and customer score were achieved based on the number of faults boilers developed in customer’s homes and satisfaction and likelihood to recommend respectively. The annual report was based on a survey conducted in May and June 2020 of 7,500 people who had purchased a new boiler in the past six years. Engineers’ views were gathered from a survey of 153 Which? Trusted Traders who rated boiler brands on factors such as build quality and the availability of parts and spares.
