COLOR Color is an additional $900 per insertion, per publication. DEADLINES DAILIES and TABLOIDS: Noon, two working days prior to publication (Thurs. for Mon.) V&S and SUPPLEMENTS: Noon, 10 working days prior to publication. POLICIES CHANGES: We cannot make changes to ads submitted as PDF’s. All files must be presented ready for press. STORAGE: ReprintPros or Daily Journal do not keep copies of electronic files. Advertisers must retain the original copy.

INSERT REQUIREMENTS • All inserts must be approved by the post office and the Daily Journal prior to insertion. All inserts must be sent at least 10 working days prior to insertion. • All inserts must carry the words: “Supplement to (name of newspaper).” • Inserts cannot carry any postal indicia, mailing permits or stamps except those for business reply mailing. • Maximum insert size is 5.5” x 10”. Total weight must not be less than 67 pound Vellum Bristol stock. • Inserts more than eight pages, add $150 for each additional page. • Inserts carrying a perforated index card or any insert requiring hand insertion, add $400. • Insert reservations must be made in advance. Insert schedules can be arranged for any combination of papers or for individual papers. • Insert fees are noncommissionable.
