October 2017 in the downtown Crabapple community. Crabapple Physical Therapy is located in Milton (aka Alpharetta) at the border of the neighboring town of Roswell in the heart of North Fulton, GA. Kim is the previous owner of a multi-site company in Cobb and Cherokee Counties that she founded in 2002 known as OrthoSport Physical Therapy. After selling OrthoSport to WellStar Health Systems in Jan 2012 and taking on the Executive Role at WellStar for their system’s Out Patient Rehab growth for 5 years, Kimmissed the private practice life and subsequently left WellStar to return to her roots in patient care and private practice. Kim’s next professional goal is to teach as an adjunct faculty on Orthopedics and to complete The American Academy of Manipulative Therapy (AAMT) Fellowship in Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy with the Spinal Manipulation Institute. Kim’s 31+ year career as an Orthopedic Physical Therapist includes: • Doctorate in Physical Therapy EIM Institute of Health Professions 2010

• Executive Program in Practice Management • Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification • Completed thousands of hours of advanced clinical, leadership and business training. • Two years of Chiropractic Training at Life University. • Multiple Director roles in hospital out-patient and private practices. • Former Partner with USPT 5 clinic locations in GA: Spine & Sport Physical Therapy • Adjunct Teacher in Orthopedics SUNY Stonybrook & Touro College (NY) Physical Therapy Programs • Advanced Clinical Training in Spinal Manipulation Kim’s two young sons, Nicholas & Andrew, are the light of her life and they live in the Crabapple Community in Milton. Kim loves time spent at the beach having grown up on Long Island, going for long walks, and has an insatiable appetite for learning on all subjects. Time spent on any creative business or personal endeavor, as well as helping people in pain are Kim’s mainstay for happiness.
