CHIN TUCK While lying on your back with a small folded towel under your neck, tuck your chin towards your chest. Also, focus on putting pressure on the towel with the back of your neck. Keep the in contact with the towel the entire time.

UPPER TRAPEZIUS Bend neck to opposite side that you are trying to stretch. Place hand on head to provide a gentle pull. Hold a weight in the hand on the same side you are stretching to provide stability.
