Education & Qualifications Essential: • 2 trade relevant qualifications such as City & Guilds and NVQ. • NEBOSH or IOSH qualification. • A valid UK driving licence. Desirable: • A relevant Degree related to Construction/ building industry. • Pool plant qualification. • Legionella awareness qualification. Experience • Experience of managing and developing PPM, reactive and remedial maintenance schedules and work activities • Experience of developing compliance strategy • Experience of using, updating and amending CAFM systems • Experience with medical gas • Electrical installation/safe isolation experience • Experience with closed water systems • Previous experience working in a FM environment • Asbestos awareness training • Experience in a similar setting. • Managing & prioritising own workload, including prioritisation of works around business need. • Working safely and effectively following safe systems of work.
