Learning Supports Strategic Planning

Our learning supports consultative planning provides customizable coaching that helps you systematically improve the way you address barriers to learning through pre- and post-audits, benchmarking, and ongoing data analysis. We can consult with you one on one, in small groups, or with district/school leadership teams. Leadership teams can choose to focus on: • Identifying the most pressing barriers facing student learning and school improvement • Creating stakeholder buy-in • Conducting initial benchmarking for baseline assessment • Prioritizing the work and key focus areas • Analyzing student data associated with barriers to student learning • Creating an action plan • Monitoring and assessing impact on student and school improvement • Articulating clear action steps and realistic timeframes • Identifying a key focus and indicators for monitoring success • Tracking implementation
