Continuous Cycle of Improvement in Action, Round 2 After you’ve designed and implemented a professional learning program to address the goals that you set during Round 1, this session will help you evaluate the progress of your educators. Learning outcomes: • Determine the level of learning that teachers attained at your professional learning events • Assess the effectiveness of your professional learning initiative • Use your assessment of your professional learning initiative to inform ongoing improvement • Decide whether external assistance is needed • Name new goals for your educators Continuous Cycle of Improvement in Action, Round 1 Our facilitators will work side by side with you to develop an implementation plan, a set of emphases to focus on during walk-throughs, and strategies to collect and analyze implementation data to transform the schools in your district. Then we’ll take that data that and work in groups with similar problems of practice to identify a professional learning goal and design a program to achieve it. Learning outcomes: • Explain how the continuous cycle of improvement can sharpen your instructional practices • Analyze educator data to identify learning needs • Define educator learning goals • Plan a professional learning program to achieve your goals
