We’ve evolved alongside it, innovat- ing so our OEM customers can use our tech- nology components to build customized intelli- gent print systems this new era demands.” The Helix name was chosen as a meta- phor for the role the company’s technology plays inside OEM print systems. Just as DNA encodes the intelligence of life, Hybrid Soft- ware Helix provides the embedded intelli- gence that powers industrial print systems, according to the company. Earlier this year the company received the King’s Award for Enterprise for Innovation for its SmartDFE digital front end platform. It is the second time the company has received the award, having been recognized in 2020 with the Queen’s Award for Enterprise for Innova- tion for its ScreenPro screening software. Next year the company will celebrate its 40th anniversary.

E.R. Looijen, attorney at Stellicher advocaten N.V., has been ap- pointed as a trustee in the bankruptcies. The court has also imposed a two-month cooling-off period.
