Stuart co-designed the OMINDEX® organisational health diagnostic, pioneering work in linking human ‘intangibles’ (e.g. corporate culture, governance, human capital, and management systems) to company value and risk. This work has integrated Organisational Maturity’ into company valuation and strategy providing a critical bridge between the corporate and investment communities. Stuart has published research on human capital in international mergers and acquisitions, on the management of people in global contexts and has co-authored “The Mature Corporation – a Model of Responsible Capitalism” (Cambridge Scholars Publishing). He was appointed an Innovation Fellow at King’s College London in 2010 and established King’s and Cornell University executive programs on global human governance. Stuart was previously part of the international leadership team at E*TRADE Financial and UK Managing Director, and led advisory businesses, both independently and at Arthur Andersen. Stuart is a regular conference speaker and teaches on executive and graduate education programmes. He studied Economics and Politics at the University of Warwick. Justin Kinnear Head of Research at HPC
His passion for people development and his ability to inspire makes him a key member of HPC’s facilitation and coaching teams. His work with HPC focuses on the development of a high performance culture for clients through the design and delivery of bespoke people development solutions. As well as his extensive research and facilitation experience, he is an author and conference presenter. Justin has a BSc in Engineering from Trinity College Dublin and an MBA from Henley Management College. Prior to moving into L&D, Justin spent his early career as an engineer with IBM, before progressing to roles as Head of L&D at IBM and Britvic.
