In developing this year’s theme, we have listened closely to our members and have gathered a panel of thought leaders from global and indigenous organisations as we challenge our assumptions and position our thinking as talent professionals for the years ahead. Focusing on the future of the Institute is an opportunity to pay tribute to all that you, our members, have achieved and to thank you, most profoundly for the work which you continue to do in setting high standards for the learning and development profession and for your continued loyalty to the Institute. Through your work you crafted a vital bridge between your organisation and its workforce that will continue to provide the talent and the capacity for growth in the future. I would like to acknowledge our thanks to our sponsor for this event, HPC and partners, Enovation, Harvest, Ibec Academy, Invisio, and The Learning Rooms, I would also like to thank our wonderful exhibitors and please use the opportunity during our breaks to visit our sponsor and exhibitor stands while you enjoy your Roffey Coffee!
