Sinead Heneghan CEO IITD
Sinead leads the team to develop a high value member offer and the strategic alliance of the IITD with all stakeholders. She has led the Institute’s strategic development work and has overseen research and engagement with members to inform the ongoing development of the member offer and continuous professional development opportunities for practitioners. She has vast experience with individuals, corporates, further and higher education providers and state agencies and has represented the industry in an influencing and advocacy role for many years. David previously held faculty positions at the University of Sheffield and National University of Ireland, Galway and visiting positions at King’s College London, Nanyang Business School in Singapore and Cornell University as a Fulbright Scholar. He is a leading international expert on talent management, global mobility and the future of work. He has consulted with many of the world’s leading firms on these issues and has been named as one of the most influential thinkers in the field of HR years by HR Magazine on five occasions. His work has been published in leading academic and practitioner outlets including Harvard Business Review and MIT Sloan Management Review. David Collings Professor of HRM & Associate Dean for Research at Dublin City University Business School. John is an Assistant Professor in HRM and Organisational Behaviour at DCU Business School and Chairperson of the School’s Executive MBA Programme. He previously held the position of Director of Executive and International Education at the School. Prior to his association with DCU John enjoyed a successful banking career in Dublin, London and New York, and later developed a successful HR consulting business based in Dublin. John’s research has been published in major journals including MIT Sloan Management Review and the Academy of Management Review.
