Troubleshooting TV’s

Your TV’s All TVs are smart or connected to a cable. We have Roku on most of our TVs except those with cable boxes. You should be able to see the list of TV channels provided here: https://www.spectrum.com/browse/content/new-chan nel-lineup.html Troubleshooting - TV’s 1. Have you tried turning off and on / resetting the cable box? 2. Is it a Smart TV? 3. Have you made sure all the cables are plugged in properly? 4. Have you gone through all the inputs on the TV to make sure it's on the correct one? 5. Do you see Roku boxes for the TV's you are having issues with? (If so, you just need to use the Spectrum app to watch cable. If none of that works, just let us know!)

Troubleshooting WiFi and Air Conditioning

Troubleshooting - WiFi 1. Is the cable working for the TV's? If so, try unplugging the router for one minute, then plugging it back in to allow it to reset. 2. IMPORTANT: Please DO NOT press the reset button on the router. Only unplug it and plug it back in. 3. Have you tried WiFi on multiple devices? If that doesn't work, let us know. 4. If both the cable and internet are not working, is there a message that is coming up on the TV? Reach out and let us know what the message says. Air Conditioning To lower or raise thermostats, simply hold down the button to the temperature until it starts flashing. Then you will be able to adjust the temperature on the thermostat. PLEASE DO NOT SET LOWER THAN 72 DEGREES, OR THE SYSTEM WILL FREEZE.

Terms to know Hurricane Watch Hurricane conditions are possible within the specified coastal area. Because hurricane preparedness activities become difficult once winds reach tropical storm force, the hurricane watch is issued 48 hours in advance of the anticipated onset of tropical-storm-force winds. Hurricane Warning Hurricane conditions are expected in the specified area of the warning. Because hurricane preparedness activities become difficult once winds reach tropical storm force, the hurricane warning is issued 36 hours in advance of the anticipated onset of tropical-storm-force winds. Tropical Storm Watches and Warnings Take these alerts seriously. Although Tropical Storms have lower wind speeds than hurricanes. They often bring life-threatening flooding and dangerous winds. Take precautions! Be Alert for ● Tornadoes: they are often spawned by hurricanes ● The calm “eye” of the storm. It may seem like the storm is over but after the eye passes, the winds will change direction and quickly return to hurricanes force After the Storm ● Keep listening to radio, TV or NOAA Weather Radio ● Wait until an area is declared safe before entering ● Watch for closed roads. If you come upon a barricade or a flooded road, turn around, don’t drown! ● Avoid weakened bridges and washed out roads ● Stay on firm ground. Moving water only 6 inches deep can sweep you off your feet. Standing water may be electrically charged from power lines. ● Once home, check gas, water and electrical and appliances for damage ● Use a flashlight to inspect for damage. Never use candles and other open flames indoors ● Do not drink or prepare food with tap water until officials say it is safe
