gion. These lease agreements include the following: A 5,000 s/f lease of ware- house space at 200 Ritten- house Circle in Bristol, on behalf of Stiles Machinery. Stiles Machinery is an in- dustry leader in advanced manufacturing equipment, serving the woodworking, plastics and composites in- dustries and markets. The facility is owned by White- sell Company . Andreas Muehlbauer , executive vice president of Stiles said, “Joe approached this assignment with a high level of professionalism and diligence. His assistance in identifying a facility and negotiating this lease for our Northeast Regional Sales and Service Office and show- room was greatly appreci- ated.” On behalf of the building owner, Joe completed a 9,460 s/f warehouse and office lease at 3235 Sunset Lane, Hat- boro. The tenant, Express 4X4 Truck Rental, was rep- resented by Mike Borski, Jr. of the Flynn Company . In a third transaction, Sternberg completed a 5,000 s/f warehouse and office lease on behalf of Capitol Adjust- ment Company at 12285 McNulty Rd., Philadelphia. Sternberg stated, “I greatly enjoyed working with these three clients and am pleased that through both my own, and NAI Mertz’s, resources, we were able to efficiently find them great locations and spaces to fit their business needs.” n ativity and innovation must be coupled with persistence, positive thinking and patience. “Innovation – any new idea – by definition will not be ac- cepted at first. It takes repeated attempts, endless demonstra- tions and monotonous rehears- als before innovation can be accepted and internalized by an organization. This requires “courageous patience.” – War- ren Bennis (scholar, organiza- tional consultant and author – recognized as a pioneer in leadership studies).
