PROPOSED NEW DESIGN
Intention to create a calmer, softer environment that creates more usable space, connect the interior with the location and overall brighten the interior.
Kitchen Dining Living - reorientation. Kitchen moved to the southern side, new joinery along back wall. Banquette seating for casual dining. Bleach the floor to create a lighter timber look. Similar plank tile to to be used on balcony to create a better indoor/outdoor living connection.

Custom Island bench - combination of concrete/terrazzo / timber panelling. A mirrored plinth to reflect the timber floor making it feel like its floating but not leaving space underneath for dust to gather.
