• Every UCA applicant receives a highly personalised journey from interest to enrolment. • Our teams undertake meaningful, active, and participatory global and regional recruitment that continues to diversify our home and international student community. For UCA, Recruitment and Admission forms the start of our students journey with UCA, setting the expectations. We are at the start of this change and we have outlined a major investment in people, systems, and structures to achieve our goals. As our Director of Recruitment and Admissions you will play a pivotal role in the future success of this development change and also of the institution. As the glue that holds our recruitment and admissions strategy together, you will oversee, coordinate and facilitate the delivery of a world leading applicant journey. You will bring with you valuable experience that will give you the ability to seek out and tackle the challenges that such an ambitious transformation of our institution demands. If you are excited by the opportunity to deliver the development of our recruitment and admissions function, at pace, working with a diverse range of individuals, teams and stakeholders from across the institution then we would love to hear from you.
